Appointment Policy

Appointments are preferred, but walk-in clients are welcome and will be accomodated as soon as possible. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, debit, and personal checks. Special accomodations may be arranged for those not able to pay in full at the time services are provided.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Vaccination and Parasites

All pets , for their own protection and ours must be up to date with required contagious disease vaccines and be free of external and internal parasites. You must provide proof of vaccination upon entering the hospital or boarding facility. If all is not in order, then the situation shall be remidied and charged accordingly.
